Notes of lemon and wet stone. Big time, palate awakening, lemon zest with pleasant minerality.

Wet stone on the nose, super zippy finish. A tasty Sancerre- would be well paired with cream-based soups, grilled or seared fish. A perfect food wine for its palpable minerality. More round on the finish than many a Sancerre, which I personally prefer! #bottlenotes
