I am not too interested in coporate run wineries, but after my parents' pleasant visit to Markham, I decided to pick up this wine on sale. Glad I did! It paired perfectly with the broiled salmon and tomato and avocado salsa. The wine's well balanced minerality, fruit, dryness, and tartness cut through the rich salmon and avocado and blended in flavor with the acidity of the tomatoes and lemon juice. It was a great wine to pair with food!
