Light yellow in color with apple cinnamon on the nose. I get apple jolly rancher. A little too much sweetness for my personal taste and not enough acidity to balance it out.

Beautiful bottle design. A little too sweet for me, but it cooled the fire of the spicy soup I was pairing it with.
