The 2007 Venus is a blend of two white grapes, Roussanne & Viognier. This wine is a brilliant green-gold color and the nose exhibits bright ... (more...)aromas of lemon curd and wet stones followed by freesia and pear. The palate approaches with a rich attack of spiced nuts and buttered pastry and is tightened up by a crisp, mouth-watering finish.

I tasted this wine this weekend at the Pax open house. A rich and complex wine that remains balanced by a medium acidity. Very nice.
