Very heavy wine which I usually like but this just wore out its welcome with me. Maybe I'll try another bottle but this wine did nothing but fill me up and left no real impression.

One of the most elegant Australian wines that we carry. The Pretty Sally Cabernet Sauvignon has evolved tremendously in the past two years. It is now a classically big and powerful wine, with earthy/truffle notes, a heartiness that enables it to stand up to great steak, prime rib, etc, but with a lean elegance that makes it refined enough for a pasta or chicken dish. Delicious.

It's velvety and smooth. It bites the back of my throat a little bit. Aftertaste is a little toothpaste-orange juicey, but not unpleasant. Musty.
