Tasting Note

91% Cabernet Sauvignon, 5% Merlot and 4% Cabernet Franc with deep ruby color, this Cabernet opens with inviting aromas of cherry, blackberry... (more...), raspberry, currant and hints of cedar and cocoa. Concentrated flavors of boysenberry, raspberry, red cherry and currant followed by notes of black pepper and vanilla in the long, smooth finish. A rich, full mouth feel with nicely balanced tannins and structure.

Dark maroon in color with raspberry and licorice on the nose, the cab fills your mouth with tannins along with bell pepper and some earthly notes on the finish.

I found the tannins a little aggressive on this Cab- but again, for the $35 price point, it's pretty good value.

sweet strawberry, ripe cherry and raspberry on the nose along with undertones of leather, smooth tannins and a long finish, balanced tasting even though it's a little high in alcohol
