Tasting Note

100% Chardonnay from Napa Valley (58%) and Monterey County (42%), this unique wine opens with aromas of honeysuckle, baked apples, apricots,... (more...) golden raisins, honey and floral notes. Full-bodied with nicely balanced acidity and luscious flavors of apple, pear, peaches, apricot, baked pineapple, golden raisins, honey and vanilla on the long, smooth finish.

Deep dark golden, Sauternes-like in color, rich and full-bodied, almost syrupy with apricot, carmelized pineapple, honey and mango. If you like more subtle dessert wines, this isn't the one for you.

Liquid honey! Light golden "honeycomb" in color, bouquet of honeyed chamomile tea, sweet apple/caramel cider in the mouthfeel. A little bit cloyingly sweet- but would be tasty with vanilla bean ice cream.

smells like raisins, honey and a little like those miaow miaow green pea snacks. tastes like more honey, raisins and tea
