I've never tasted this wine and I don't have a lot of interest in Pinot Noir, anyway. Except for the fact that a great Pinot can be truly fascinating. Why are Alyssa's notes so vastly different from the winery's description? Does it change a lot from bottling to shelf time?

one winery. All involved agreed that the tasting note
the winery had written at time of bottling had almost
no correlation to the way the wine tasted a year later.
