This is delicious and is like biting into an apple. Would pair beautifully with a carmel covered green apple just in time for Fall. The color is a very pale yellow and has a nice smooth finish.

Light yellow in color, like a sauvignon blanc. Floral, tropical fruit coconut notes. Initially I thought the acidity was a little harsh on the finished, but when I retasted after it sat in my glass for maybe ten minutes, the finish softened up in a good way.

Holy smokes candied apple through and through- red-candied kind! Weighty mouthfeel.
