I absolutely love the Seven Sisters Bukettraube. I love whites with residual sugar; this has it. A slightly effervescent, light golden yellow color, it is sweet without being syrup. Almost like a hot apple cider in terms of sweetness without the cinnamon. YUM.

Cannot drink as a sipping wine, sweetness not right. Sweetness did not match up Thai food either
