Tasting Note

A classy red, this Shiraz offers up aromas and flavors of toasty oak and caramel, along with elegant notes of blueberries, blackberries and ... (more...)dark plums. Extraordinarily smooth for an Australian Shiraz, it gracefully marries its robust tannic structure and full body with polished fruit flavors and a lovely rich finish. This wine will reward cellaring for three or more years but also offers plenty of charms now, especially with a little decanting for aeration.
