Winery Story
Spring Mountain Vineyard is an 945-acre estate on the eastern slopes of Spring Mountain. Over 225 acres of the estate are planted to vine, representing 135 distinct hillside vineyard blocks with many soil types, exposures, and microclimates. Originally four individual 19th century Napa Valley vineyards, Miravalle, Alba, Chevalier and La Perla are now one vineyard producing estate-bottled wines. Growing primarily Bordeaux grape varieties, the vineyard yields distinctive mountain wines that consistently display concentration, elegance and longevity.
Tasting Note
Rich, floral and tropical fruit aromas hover in the nose of this vintage’s gratifyingly balanced Sauvignon Blanc. Nuances of peach, melon and honey on the palate with hints of tea, mango, and lemon meringue pie produce a creamy texture and long finish, resulting in a refreshing yet elegant wine.

Had a glass of the delightful Spring Mountain Sauvignon Blanc with seared seabass and brussell sprouts for dinner last night. What a a perfect pairing.

A superbly lush Sauvignon Blanc, with great floal and citrus (pink grapefruit) notes on the nose, bright acidity, and a wonderful, lingering, finish. Perfect way to start most evenings.
