I wanted to like this one. I have always stuck up for the Merlots of the world, especially since some of my wine drinking friends don't much care for it. But I thought this was very bland. It starts out pretty good on the nose but once I tasted it... nothing. Just really flat and all flavors were pretty faint. Maybe it's that I have been having some bigger cabs lately but I still like a little pop to the merlot and this just did not have it. I doubt I'll be back for this one.
