Ferragu' is a brand new winery, not much larger than the garages of the famous French "Garagistes," and Carlo Ferragu' is as fanatical about... (more...) quality as any. The first offering, the Valpolicella Superiore, is made using a passito (but not a ripasso) technique, similar to Amarone, to increase concentration.
