Tasting Note

A delicious new discovery from Thierry Germain. This lovely sparkling wine is made from 90% Chenin Blanc with a little Chardonnay and Cabern... (more...)et Franc. Aged in oak barrels and once assembled, it's bottled for the second fermentation in the traditional Champagne method. Good purity with a touch of minerality and fine bubbles. The nose has some pear and citrus. The palate is fresh and precise.
