Michela Sfiligoi manages the commercial side of the business and Patrizia oversees production at this property in the most esteemed DOC of the Friuli region, which borders Slovenia.

Tasting Note

Primary aromas of red and black fruits start things off in this well-balanced Cabernet Franc that shows lots of the characteristics we've co... (more...)me to expect from this funky red variety. These include bell pepper, black pepper, herbs and even a little bologna for good measure. The palate echoes the nose, redolent with ripe red and black fruits, a hint of game and black pepper. The finish is pleasant in this wine that pairs beautifully with food, thanks to its moderate tannin.
