Winery Story
This 25-acre estate is located in the heart of the Collio region of northeast Italy. It's been in the Sfiligoi family since 1968. Mario Sfiligoi tends to the vines planted in mostly clay soil. Michela Sfiligoi manages the commercial side of the business and Patrizia oversees production at this property in the most esteemed DOC of the Friuli region, which borders Slovenia.
Tasting Note
Enticing aromas of green and red apple, lemon squirt, wet stones and white flowers mingle on the nose of this well-balanced white, made from mountain vines. The palate is dry and crisp, with bright flavors of lemonade, mineral and honeysuckle. Clean finish.
