Watershed is responsible for the largest initial planting of vines in the emerging Western Australia region. Increasingly known around the w... (more...)orld for its Cabernet Sauvignon, Riesling and Chardonnay, this region is one of the coolest wine growing regions in Australia. Watershed owns 280 acres of vines in what's known as the "dress circle" of the Margaret River wineries — the very middle. The site was selected after extensive testing determined that its soils had the best capacity to produce premium quality wine.

Tasting Note

This suave Sauvignon Blanc from critically acclaimed Western Australia offers up assertive aromas of gooseberry, honeysuckle, green apple, s... (more...)ugared citrus fruit, and flowers. It then pairs brisk palate-cleansing acidity with wonderfully varied flavors of minerals, orange fruit, flowers and sugar-dusted lemons. Very good.
