We weren't going to hunker down in one place and just make the best wines that we could from that place. Oh no. What we wanted to produce — and what we do produce — are wines that represent the best flavors of New Zealand, from north to south, east to west.

Tasting Note

Pale green tinged in appearance. Aromas of fresh lime juice, stonefruit and sweet herbs with just a hint of spice. On the palate lime, necta... (more...)rine, grapefuit, flowers and apple flavours flow. Rich and rounded with bright citrus acidity. Finishes clean and dry.
