This dry rosé made in the traditional French saignée method for pink wine production offers lovely aromas and flavors of strawberry seed, ... (more...)candied lime, melon, and peppermint. Gamey notes characteristic of the Syrah grape linger underneath and lend depth before charming notes of cinnamon dust and licorice chime in on the finish. With just 78 cases made, this extremely limited-production wine is perfect for picnics and light summer fare.
