Entre-Deux-Mers
Entre-Deux-Mers, which literally means “between two seas”, produces crisp, affordable dry white wines and high-value reds that carry the Bordeaux or Bordeaux Supérieur appellation labels. The region covers the land between the Dordogne River to the north and the Garonne River to the South. Semillon, Sauvignon Blanc, and Muscadelle are the best-known varieties of the area.
