Bardolino is another light wine from the Veneto region of Italy. It is made from Corvina, Molinara, and Rondinella, with Corvina composing the majority of the blend. While the Bardolino Classico DOC is better than simple Bardolino, the best wine is made in the Bardolino Superiore DOCG.
