Valpolicella is an Italian blend of at least seventy percent Corvina, with added amounts of Molinara and Rondinella. This wine tends to be smoky with strong cherry flavors. Valpolicella Classico DOC and Valpolicella Classico Superiore improve upon the wine from the basic classification.
