Winery Story

Founded in 1967 by Giovanni Carlo Sacchet and Antonio Mario Zaccheo, Carpineto takes its name from the Greek carpos meaning “fruit.” Com... (more...)prised of four estates throughout Tuscany, Carpineto has holdings in the most prestigious wine-producing regions of Italy and has earned international acclaim for its wines. Today, the winery is under the direction of Antonio’s son, Antonio Michael Zaccheo Jr.
