This Reserve is really a terrific, luscious, and fruit forward Malbec typical of Mendoza, Argentina. I especially loved the pairing with my steak. Great dark fruit, velvety tannins, and a great value at $13. Highly recommended.

This blend of mostly Malbec with Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot opens up the senses with an intense dark cherry, earth, and slightly toasted oak flavor. It is very smooth. It only required about 30 minutes of aeration and the wine rolls around the mouth like velvet. Flichman only makes this wine on certain years depending on the weather and the state of the harvest (but not when the harvest is bad mind you). The vineyard is situated high in the Andes at 1100 meters lending to its intense dark fruit flavors. Highly recommended at $16.

This fruit-forward number first hits you with notes of dark cherry and strawberry then moves on to slightly spicy tones of just a touch of cinnamon. A light-medium-bodied red with a beautiful, deep, red color and a lovely finish of pepper.
