Type: White Grapes: 100% Albariño * Visual: Straw yellow color with greenish hints, clean and brilliant. * Nose: Powerful with aromas of ripe fruit, apple, melon, critic fruits, and floral tones. * Taste: Good structure and nice acidity in the mouth with a long, persistent and very pleasant finish. Vital Statistics * Type: White * Grapes: 50% Verdejo | 50% Viura * Vinification: Fermented at 61F for 18 days Tasting Notes * Eyes: Very attractive greenish-straw yellow. * Nose: A distinct aniseed and herbaceous nose with a powerful aroma of medium-high intensity, conferred to those of verdejo variety with, apparently, the presence of white fruit notes (pears and apples), conferred to those of the viura variety. * Taste: Elegant, fruity, where exotic notes come through again, with some racy tang lent by some carbonic acid that only adds freshness. 1 Note
