I triedthis one alsoat the 80 Sip Challenge kick-off,and thought it made a very good wine-especially for the price.It has a nice blend of citrus,spiciness,and cherry notes.It's not too strong and I thought it was very smooth both during the tasting,and as it went down.No strong aftertaste as some may have,although the flavors do linger in your mouth.

The champagne has a beautiful dark straw color and lots of bubbles. Both scent and taste are infused with hints of strawberry, cherry, and currant. Made from pinot noire it’s a light and airy sparkling wine that’s fruity yet dry.
