I want to offer a suggestion for enjoying not only our Torrontes but for all the labels. The hallmark of Torrontes is its fragrant floral character. I've notice a few comments about our wine and others that leads me to believe the wine was served too cold. I'm not recommending room temperature but definitely not out of the refrigerator either. Torrontes is best enjoyed as slightly cool rather than chilled or cold. Keep working with the varietal and I'm sure you'll be even more pleased. Matt Solsticio Owner 7 Notes

Described as "minerally" this is a delicious, crisp, fresh white wine. It has been a while since I have had it, but I remember it being very "clean" and fresh tasting. Something you could drink out on the deck with friends or while reading a book! 1 Note
