Lightly scented with melon, white peach and nectarines, this elegant Pinot Blanc has retained its bright acidity, wrapping it around the fresh, tangy fruit flavors. It is perfectly balanced and just slightly sweet, from fruit more than sugar. A lovely apéritif, it finishes lightly spicy with flavors of fresh cut pear. 1 Note

There is bright green fruit on the nose. To taste, the wine is full-bodied with a soft, creamy texture and fat, ripe fruit. A highly drinkable, refreshing wine, oozing soft fruits and crisp acids at the end. 1 Note

Unusually rich for a Pinot Blanc, with scents of honey, dried apricots, peaches and dried spices giving an impression of sweetness that’s balanced on the palate by bright acidity that imparts a pineapple flavor. Finishes dry, fresh and minerally. Imported by Atlanta Improvement Co. 1 Note

Ripe melons and pears dance a delicate duet on the palate—softly and gently shifting ever so slightly from honeydew to Bosc and back, before turning lean and citrusy on the finish. 1 Note

Starts off with powerful aromas of tropical fruits and spices, with buttery notes and oaky-vanilla complexity. Drinks fat and sweet, with very forward tropical fruit flavors and high, biting acidity. Clean, bright and focused. Drink now, or over the next year. 1 Note

Another outstanding Pinot Blanc from Monterey, this one opens with a whiff of almonds and honey, leading into a center of melon and light citrus flavors. A lovely alternative to one more tired Chardonnay. 1 Note

A bright, fruity, oaky wine. Opens with sharp apple, peach and cantaloupe flavors. It’s a big, flavorful wine, but a little clumsy. Finishes with a lemony edge. 1 Note

Clear bright fruit. Lean and engaging, with open, charming flavors. The center is creamy, with elements of white peach and a light dusting of cinnamon. 1 Note
