Ripe fruit, with peach and pear notes on the nose. Palate full of flavor with almond, peach and mineral elements. Good balance and a clean finish. Lots of complexity for an inexpensive wine. Best Buy. 1 Note

Clean, timid and melony on the nose, with an emphasis on clean. Fresh and light in the mouth, and tasty despite being 100% uncomplicated. Flavors of sweet apple, pear and citrus are pleasant and should carry mass appeal. Good for an everyday white quaffer. 1 Note

Scented candle, green herbs, mushroom and anonymous white fruit aromas lead to a cidery, fairly thin palate of melony flavors. Finishes plump but slightly pickled. Not bad for $7. 1 Note

Textbook Pinot Grigio, crisp in acidity and slightly sweet, with brilliant lemongrass, pineapple, pear, green apple and honeysuckle flavors. So easy to drink, at a great price. With production at 15,000 cases, it’s easy to find. 1 Note

Good price for an everyday white wine. The citron, pineapple, apple and honeysuckle flavors are a little sweet, but cleansed with brisk acidity. 1 Note

No doubt this is a simple wine, but it’s zippy freshness and overall informality wins it points. You can’t go wrong here: the wine is clean, tonic and drinks ever so easily, sip after refreshing sip. A small percentage of Chardonnay is added for extra creaminess. 1 Note

The movie Pretty in Pink comes to mind thanks to this semi-sparkler’s pale rose hue and its smart girlie-fashionista packaging. It recalls Prosecco with a sweet twist thanks to aromas of jasmine, peach and honeysuckle. 1 Note

. Just what you would expect from a $7 Pinot Grigio. Pleasant citrus and peach aromas and flavors are accented with a touch of almond. A crisp and simple wine. 1 Note

The funky stable welcomes a new breed of llama: Pinot Grigio. And like most of the other FL wines, it’s acceptable to o.k. but not showing much in the way of quality. The nose is mealy and flat, while the palate has roundness and soft flavors of orange, grapefruit and white pepper. 1 Note
