An interesting wine that starts out with slightly overripe aromas of prune, yet doesn’t show any ill effects on the palate. Flavors are black cherry and leather, delivered by a strong but not overmuscled mouthfeel. Lovely ripe tannins should support aging through 2015. 1 Note
