2007 must have been a good year in Washington State because Ste. Michelle's Cab from that year is really good. 85 points by Wine Enthusiast and named a Best Buy (Editor's Choice) in the April issue (2010). Oddly enough, I get Dunkin Donuts French Vanilla as it's brewing on the nose and luscious dark fruit on the mouth with a slight vanilla finish. Not entirely complex, but it is a go to wine. 1 Note

This wine is made by the world-famous German winemaker Ernst Loosen at the Chateau Ste. Michelle winery using Columbia Valley grapes.
This is a fairly dry Riesling with a healthy bit of acidity -- Dr. Loosen leaves in just a hint of CO2, which gives just a little bit of bite on the tip of the tongue. Strong flavors of green apple on a backdrop of citrus with mineral notes. The finish is long with a hint of peach.
