the wine so refreshing and absolutely delicious. Was better as an aperatif than with food, though. could have been the acidic gazapacho that threw it off. it was best before the food. 1 Note

Deep rich nose, lots of smoke and earth, licorice, deep rich fruit but also fresh; good sweet fruit concentration in the front of the mouth, solid acidity after that; a bit stolid and boring, but a decent wine; clumpy tannins, a bit flat and short in the mouth, but an interesting effort.
