Molly Dooker’s gaining way as an Australian cult label, and their MOLLY DOOKER “Miss Molly” Sparkling Shiraz 2010 (South Australia) $25 lives up to the hype. Complex and surprisingly creamy, this sparkler is pure fun.

BLEASDALE “The Red Brute” Sparkling Shiraz non-vintage (Langhorne Creek, Australia) $18. lives up to its name, holding onto that bold, spicy kick you look for in a shiraz.

Or, sip something closer to home with WATTLE CREEK Sparkling Shiraz non-vintage (Alexander Valley, California) $35. Australian winemakers Christopher and Kristine Williams established Wattle Creek Winery in Sonoma’s Alexander Valley, bringing a bit of the Land Down Under to California.
